If you need to cancel your order(s), please let us know at least 30 minutes before your pickup time for a full refund.
We will be able to accommodate most of food allergies (despite some menu is not available that is indicated on item description), please feel free to tell us if you have any food allergies (such as shellfish, gluten, sesame) when you ordering.
Menu substitutions Policy:
No menu substitutions allowed unless requested by customers who have food allergies.
Food safety and Food poisoning:
Food safety is most important for us. Please note that Sushi contains undercooked or raw ingredients that may be harmful to pregnant woman, infants, children, the elderly, and persons with lowered resistance (immune compromised, which may be caused by lack of sleep, fatigue and other reasons).
