~Please read carefully before making reservations~

RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations online only.

 We accept reservations up to 14 days in advance.

(*The total number of calendar days that will be bookable in the rolling window, including today.)

Reservations window for 14 days ahead will be opened 8 AM each day.

We are a small and intimate restaurant, so we are limiting the number of people a maximum of 2 per party.

We are unable to accept reservations for party of 3 or more.

We require a credit card number to reserve your seat at the time of booking. No payment has occurred at the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Parties not showing up, cancelling or changes to party size made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged $60 per guest.

We will strictly be enforcing our cancellation policy.

*Generally, cancellation made by phone or email cannot be handled promptly, so please be responsible for checking your schedule.

CORKAGE POLICY

We do not allow customers to bring any bottle of "Sake". We only allow the bringing your own bottle of wine(750ml).

Our corkage fee is $35 per 750ml for the first two bottles.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

*Note for those making a reservation for 1 person
To add someone to your reservation, please check the reservation status in advance through TOCK and change your reservation by yourself if there are any seats available. If there are no seats available on TOCK, we will not be able to accommodate and cannot provide the extra seats, so please do not bring a companion.
If there are no seats available and bring someone, we will either ask companion to leave or cancel the reservation, in which case, we will charge a No-show fee of $60.  Please note this in advance.

*Note for those making a reservation for 2 people
As stated above, cancellation made within 24hours of the reservation time and no-show will be charged $60 per guest. 
If your companion does not show up without prior notice, will be charged $60 per person as no-show fee.

Therefore, if the number of people in your reservation changes from 2 to 1, please either change the number yourself or contact us at least 24 hours before the reservation time.​

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Our menu is based on seasonal availability of ingredients and our creative inspirations. Ingredients may change without notice. It is very important that you inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation. We apologize in advance if these accommodations cannot be made.

Most of dishes in our tasting menu is made using seafood and ingredients essential to Japanese cuisine, such as Dashi broth, soy sauce, miso and shellfish. 
Therefore, our tasting menus cannot be modified to be gluten-free, soy-free or Vegetarian/Vegan. 

Please understand that we cannot accommodate guests with shellfish allergies.
